During the subsequent course of the contracting proceedings, the applicants were enabled to study other necessary information and to see the incinerator on an individual basis within the scope of the second inspection of the site.

Repeated contracting proceedings to find a contractor will probably be commenced this year in May.

We feel necessary to update information given below on a publication of prior information notices as regards timing. Taking into account a need for securing a suitable structure of project financing and a need for tune tender documentation in relation to a new national public procurement act Nr. 40/2004, the Steering Committee updated time schedule. According to this schedule, it is expected that notices will be published at the end of November this year (not the end of September as mentioned in the notices), submitting of tenders at the end of January 2005 and a start of implementation during March 2005.
